Most diets don’t consider our individual biochemistry, they are based on a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I understand the hormonal changes happening in your body at menopause and how to work with them for weight loss.

The rules are different now. You can no longer eat the same way as you did in your 20s. You have to navigate the path carefully to find your own magic formula. But losing weight, regaining your energy and getting back to feeling your best is possible with the right advice and support along the way.

As a registered Nutritional Therapist I have helped many women lose weight successfully even when they thought they never would. I am trained to understand our body processes at the deepest level and how to rebalance them for optimal health. When something is out of balance it needs identifying and rebalancing before weight loss will happen. This is what I work with my clients to achieve.

I am also mum to 8yr old twin boys so I understand the struggle of a busy life and how to simplify things so that success is easy. My aim is to make weight loss in your 40s and beyond effortless..

I totally understand! Life gets in the way, the house needs sorting, the kids need feeding and they are sooo picky about what they eat that any idea of a healthy meal can go out the window. Our hectic lifestyles inevitably put our balance well, all out of balance!

I focus on what you can eat and not what you can’t. If exclusions are needed I will work with you to find healthy alternatives. I  support you with specific supplement plans if indicated. The process will involve an in-depth initial consultation followed by several follow up sessions. With a solid action plan, I support you through the process to keep you accountable and on track to achieve the results you desire.
